Shipping and Delivery
- Best-Decals.com ships using USPS and UPS within the U.S.& Air Mail for
For rush-delivery please contact us, we will do our best to accomodate you.
- Price and product availability are subject to change.
Orders are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt, including weekends
- Orders are shipped within two business days if item is in stock.
Material availability may delay shipping up to ten (10) days.
- Orders are shipped week-days only, not including holidays.
Mishaps & mistakes made during decal installation
- Best-Decals.com is not responsible for ANY errors made during the application and installation of our products.
- It is the customer's responsibility to follow our application instructions and guidelines.
- We will not replace decals that have been scratched, mangled, wrinkled, ripped, torn or ruined during installation. PERIOD.
- Best-Decals.com is not responsible for any delays in shipping.
- Please note, very rare occasions we have recorder delays of up to 2 week
for delivery to certain areas.
- Zones affected by meteorological effects (weather) may not be available
Errors Made by Best-Decals.com
- Any product resulting in an error on the part of Best-Decals.com will be
replaced by Best-Decals.com upon request. This INCLUDES Custom Orders. The customer may also choose to
exchange such products within ten (10) days of receipt of the shipment.
- To qualify for a replacement, please e-mail us a picture of the decal in which
our mistake is clearly visible (missing parts, wrong color, wrong size). If
your decal is the wrong size; please include a ruler in the picture, placed
next to the decal, so that we may visually verify it's dimensions.
- Our work and products carry a 100% quality guarantee.
- If your decal arrived damaged, you may return it within ten (10)
days of receipt of the shipment for a replacement.
- The decal must be in its original condition
and must be sent to Best-Decals.com via traceable means of shipping.
- Decal Orders are NON-REFUNDABLE.
All Decal sales are FINAL unless found defective. Best-Decals.com will replace your decal if found defective or is missing parts.
- Once an order is received, it enters a production process involving man-hours, material and machine usage, primary reason for ALL SALES BEING FINAL.
- Items returned after ten (10) days, are in poor or 'unsellable' condition, or missing
parts, will be replaced at Best-Decals.com's discretion.
