A: Although most decals are manufactured on demand especially custom work, on average the process takes less than one week until an order ships. This varies depending on current workload and color availability. Popular items are kept in stock on occasion and will ship out right away. If in doubt, please contact

The sign shop in my neighborhood is faster than you guys. Why do you take a week to manufacture?
A: Our manufacturing process is very precise and geared towards finely detailed guitar headstock decals. Our machines use special proprietary software that takes longer to cut but enables UNMATCHED fine quality and details not available at most sign shops. Final finishing is done BY HAND and under a loupe (magnifying glass) with precise instruments to handle small lettering and details. Details and quality takes time.

I didn't order a guitar headstock decal and I don't need that level of detail. Why should I have to wait?
A: Because patience is a virtue of kings.

A: There is currently no minimum order.

A: All transactions are protected by our powerful Secure Sockets

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: You can order from us using your Visa, MasterCard or Discover. We do not accept personal checks.= or bank transfers.

catalogue decals or we'll happily refund your purchase (minus the shipping amount)
within the first 10 days of the date you receive your order.

How does Invoiced Paypal work?
A: (WE CURRENTLY DO NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL*) Place your order and select INVOICED PAYPAL. We receive the notification and in return send you an invoice via Paypal. Please make sure that the e-mail you use to sign up as a member of Best-decals.com is the same one you use for Paypal. If not, please contact
us once you place your order so that we have a chance to send the Paypal invoice to the right place.

I'm having problems ordering, what do I do?

These are
some of the most common solutions to ordering problems.
1. Make sure to enter the
exact billing address appearing on your statement
2. Try restarting your computer (that seems to work for many)
3. Try on a friend's computer (this always works)
4. Give up, shut down, go to bed and try another day.
5. Our merchant bank server does maintenance at regular intervals. You may be trying to check-out during such an event. You would need to try at a later time.

Who is your primary shipper?
A: USPS. This also enables us to reach FPOs without complications.

Do you ship world-wide?
A: Yes, but we do reserve the right to not ship to certain countries. We will not work with accounts based in Venezuela for example.
Note: Certain countries charge additional fees, such as custom
fees and independent carrier fees. Please contact your local customs office
or branch office of the us postal service to find out what kind of fees you
can expect based upon the type of merchandise you wish to order before placing

What are your office hours?
A: We are open 9-5pm, Monday through Friday, CST. The decal shop does not work on weekends or national holidays. Paypal invoicing and customer support is handled 365 days a year. Less frequently on weekends and holidays.

Q:I thought my decal was going to be bigger, what do I do?
A: You may buy a new ruler, since obviously the inches we go by
are smaller than the ones you use.
Q: I just placed and order but forgot an item, can I have it added to my first order?
A: Unfortunately each order is handled separately, we DO NOT COMBINE SEPARATE ORDERS. Each order will be sent with it's individual packaging and will be handled individually. Thus S&H must be received on each individual order. This is our store policy. We ask that you please take time and care while ordering so that you don't forget anything and end up having to pay for shipping twice.
Q:I just ordered but suddenly changed my mind, I want to cancel my order. Will I receive a full refund?
A: Once an order has been placed and in the process of manufacturing, there is no cancelling it. You will need to wait for the item/s to arrive and if still unhappy, return the package and we will GLADLY refund your payment MINUS SHIPPING AND HANDLING.

A: We will reply to e-mail received. Our SPAM filter is set up to reject typical spam, repetitive characters and other signs of automated e-mail. If we haven't gotten back to you within 48 hrs. Please send your message as plain as possible, without images or extra content. Please be polite and courteous, or you may never get a reply from us. Please note that if the question you are asking is covered in our FAQ sections, we may decide to not reply due to lack of time. Please check the FAQ sections for answers to generic inquiries. A: In the United States of America A business day is any day between and including Monday to Friday and does not include holidays and does not include the week-ends.

The status on my order reads "Manufacturing" what does this mean? (Yes, people ask this one all the time too...)
A: Manufacturing means... That WE ARE MAKING YOUR DECAL using one of our DECAL MAKING MACHINE THINGIES..
Q: I only ordered a stupid little decal, why are you taking so long to manufacture?
A: WE RESERVE UP TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS TO MANUFACTURE ANY GIVEN ORDER (including the stupid ones). This does not include s&h or time in transit. We aren't in this business to win any speed records, if you're in too much of a hurry, you're welcome to go elsewhere. We finish every decal with dedication, attention, care and time, making sure even the highest details come out perfect. This is done by hand AND TAKES TIME.
